Geozzy

Privacy policy

Last updated: October 18, 2026

This page explains what Geozzy stores about you when you use the site. In short: there are no accounts and no advertising, and the site asks for personal data only if you choose to write to us with the contact form.

Who runs this site

Geozzy is run by an individual, who is the controller of the data described on this page.

What is stored in your browser

Geozzy saves a few things in your browser so that the games can remember you. They stay on your device and are not sent to us:

You can delete all of it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser. None of it is used to track you or to show you advertising.

Server logs

Like every website, this one is delivered by a hosting provider, which processes technical data such as your IP address, the browser you use, the page you asked for and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure (our legitimate interest), and it is kept only for as long as the provider's own policy allows. We do not use it to identify you.

Analytics

If you accept, Geozzy uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and games are used. Google sets cookies (_ga and _ga_…, kept for up to two years) and receives data about your visit, which may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Advertising features and ad personalization are turned off. Without your consent nothing is loaded from Google and no analytics cookie is set. You can change your choice at any time below.

Analytics is off.

Third parties and advertising

The site does not load fonts, images or scripts from other companies, and it shows no advertising. The only exception is the analytics service described above, which is loaded only if you accept it. If that changes, this page will be updated first, and your consent will be asked wherever the law requires it.

Contact form and mistake reports

If you write to us with the contact form, the name (optional), email address and message you type are sent by email to the operator, through an email delivery provider that acts on our behalf. They are used only to answer you and are kept for as long as needed for that. If you report a mistake in a question, the question and the reason you chose are sent in the same way, without your name or email address.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what data is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to its processing, and to complain to the data protection authority of your country. Since the site holds no data that identifies you, there is usually nothing to look up or delete, but you are welcome to write to the contact address.

Children

The site is for everyone, including children. It does not ask for personal data and does not knowingly collect any.

Changes to this page

If the way the site works changes (for example, if advertising is added), this page will be updated and the date above will change.
